Main Features
- The bed base is integrally cast,35 degree slant bed is more convenient for workpiece up and down and iron filings discharge.
- Imported linear rails are used for both X and Z directions, which reduces the wear of the machine tool. The super-large preload of the linear rail reduces the gap between the guide rails and increases the machining accuracy.
- Spindle bearing of the machine tool adopts precision angular contact ball bearing, which can obtain the optimized combination of high precision, high load capacity, high speed, and durability.
- Eight-station servo turret and hydraulic chuck improve the versatility and automation of the machine tool.
- Full enclosed way covers, better water-resistant and scrap-iron-resistant
- The whole series can be equipped with the right chip removal or rear chip removal, which reduces the space of the machine tool and facilitates the installation of manipulators on the machine tool.
