1. The operator must be familiar with the operation sequence and performance of the machine tool, and it is forbidden to use the equipment beyond the performance.
2. Before starting the machine, check whether the handle and travel stop iron are intact and reliable and fasten the travel switch screw.
3. Before starting, add the specified lubricating oil according to the equipment lubrication chart.
4, start the lubricating oil pump, night pressure pump motor, check and adjust the night pressure system pressure, lubrication system pressure, rotate the grinding wheel shaft with the hand, check whether the rotation is brisk; move the grinding head crossfeed, check the relative position between the grinding wheel and the diamond pen and workpiece; move the worktable for 15-20 minutes, and discharge the air in the cylinder to eliminate the crawl, then adjust the stroke and speed.
5. Always check the grinding wheel for cracks. It is forbidden to refit it for end grinding.
6. The grinding amount shall be selected reasonably, and the grinding wheel shall not be stopped before leaving the workpiece.
7. It is forbidden to process without protective cover, and it is forbidden to knock the workpiece on the top or working surface.
8. It is forbidden to use cracked grinding wheel and blunt diamond.
9. When working, adjust the feeding position according to the size of the workpiece and the bumping blocks on the workbench.
10. Check the lubrication condition of the guide rail before operation, and the production can only be started after sufficient lubrication.
11. Check the tightness of the workpiece shaft belt regularly and adjust it in time.
12. It is necessary to check if there is any crack when replacing the new grinding wheel, and it can be used only after the second balancing test run is normal after the balancing installation and dressing.
13. Before shutdown, reset first, close the cooling nozzle for 2-3 minutes, and then close the grinding head motor and workpiece motor. After grinding head stops, close the hydraulic oil pump, lubricating oil pump and cooling pump.
14. After the completion of the work, clean the equipment, cut off the power supply and make a record of the spot check card.
